Apartments, villas or shared housing. We negotiate with the landlord and check the terms for you.

Live video walkthroughs, real photos and neighbourhood context — you can secure a place before you arrive.

Lease assistance

We explain the contract in plain language: deposit rules, exit conditions and how utilities are billed.

Can foreigners rent in Vietnam?

Yes. A passport is enough to sign a lease — no long-term visa required. Landlords normally just record your passport details.

How much deposit is usual?

Short stays are often one month deposit plus one month rent; long-term is commonly two months deposit. Refunded per the contract.

Can I rent remotely?

Yes. We do video viewings and can sign on your behalf — many guests secure a place before they land.

Short-term or long-term?

For one week to a month, take a serviced apartment (utilities included). Beyond a month, long-term is typically 30–50% cheaper.

What is included in the rent?

Serviced apartments usually include water, electricity, internet and weekly cleaning. Regular long-term leases are often unfurnished, with utilities metered separately.
